Entry fee is $395 for all teams.

The tournament will be held on Sunday April 25th, 2010.

Team check-in will be on Saturday April 24th, 2010.

This web site shall be the final reference for all schedules, scores, rules, policies and procedures. Any conflicts between this site and other published information shall default to this site.

Registration Deadline: April 10th, 2010

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be made to all teams not accepted.
  2. Teams must mail in writing or email prior to March 30, 2010.
  3. Refunds provided to teams that drop prior to the deadline will be assessed a $50.00 transaction fee.
  4. Teams that drop after the April 10th deadline will forfeit their entire application fee.
  5. An administration fee of $100 will be withheld from each team's refund if the tournament is canceled as a result of weather, acts of terrorism or acts of God.
  6. If the tournament is canceled once it begins, determinations of any refunds will be determined by the Tournament Director. The Tournament Director or Referee may suspend a tournament match for any circumstance in consideration of player safety or potential field damage.
