What items do I need to bring to Check-in my team? - Please read below...
The following items must be presented and verified at the Friday night registration check-in for all teams and players prior to their participation in the tournament:
- Youth Teams
- Each youth player will need a laminated USYSA or AYSO Player Card
- Each youth player will need a Cal South or AYSO Player Registration Form/Medical Release
- Adults Teams
- Government issued identification card such as a Drivers License.
- All Teams
Each team will be given a team roster at the Tournament Check-in that will be cross referenced to each players Registration Form/Medical Release, Player Registration Card and/or Drivers License (adults).
- Each team coach/manager must sign the roster form at Check-in provided by the Tournament.
